Item description
One often does not require a full time bookkeeper and can't afford astronomical fees. I will attend to all your bookkeeping services at a reasonable cost for a few hours a day or a few days a week depending on your requirements.
I handle all aspects of accounting from setting up, accounting, and payroll systems, to capturing cashbooks, creditors and debtors, to finalising accounts to balance sheet and adhoc analysis reports including the following: -
Administration
Bank reconciliation
Budgets and variance reports
Compliance management
Financial reporting and preparation
Fixed assets control
Preparing invoices, receipts and statements
Processing payroll
Recording day to day financial transactions
VAT and Taxation
All statutory returns
PASTEL / QUICK BOOKS / SAGE ONE / SAGE EVOLUTION / VIP PAYROLL / PASTEL PAYROLL
I am a well seasoned bookkeeper with over 35 years experience and am very flexible with time and location.
Fees to be discussed and are based on your requirements and the size of your business.
References are available if required.
